Over 100 golfers turned out for the inaugural Fore Autism event on August 2 at the TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm in Potomac, Maryland. The event raised $75,000 to support our research fellowships and data sharing through the National Database for Autism Research. Along with 18 holes of golf, guests were treated to a gala dinner with special guest Dr. Tom Insel, Director of the NIMH. CNBC’s Bill Griffeth served as master of ceremonies.
We give very special thanks to sponsors Omnitec Solutions, TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm, Prometheus Research, RBC Wealth Management, Sapient Government Services, EuroMotorcars, Whole Foods, and the Auburn School. Huge thanks go out to all the benefit committee members and volunteers who made the day a success!
